Your files are a digital download. After payment you will see a download link on the order confirmation page, and the same link is included in your order confirmation email. Nothing is shipped.

No. You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, your downloads will also be listed under My Account > Downloads.

Each purchase includes up to 10 downloads within 365 days of purchase. Save a copy to your computer or cloud drive once it downloads.

Check your spam folder for the order email, and try a different browser if the file does not start. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and we will help.

Each product downloads as a single .zip file. Open it to find the Excel, Word and/or PDF files described on the product page. On most computers, double-clicking the .zip file opens it.

Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or use File > Import). A few workbooks use newer Excel functions such as MAXIFS and MINIFS; those need Excel 2019 or later, Microsoft 365, or Google Sheets.

Yes. Use Excel for Mac, Google Sheets or Google Docs. Apple Numbers and Pages can open most files, but some formatting and formulas may display differently.

Yes. Word documents are fully editable in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, and spreadsheets are unlocked so you can add rows, rename tabs and adjust formulas.

Most spreadsheets include an EXAMPLE version filled with sample data, plus a Start Here tab with instructions. Document kits include instructions at the front.

Yes. Each purchase is licensed for use by one person or one business, including for clients you serve. You may not resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves.

Because files can be downloaded instantly, sales are generally final. If a file is damaged, will not open, or is materially different from its description, we will fix it, replace it or refund you. See the refund policy.

No. They are organizing tools built from public, official sources. Rules vary by state and change over time, so confirm important decisions with an attorney, CPA, licensing agency or other qualified professional.

No. They are written to follow each state’s published licensing rules and are meant to be customized for your agency, but no template is pre-approved by a state agency. Review the final manual against the current rules and with your consultant or attorney.
