How refunds work for digital downloads.
Digital products
All products sold in this store are digital files delivered by instant download. Nothing is shipped, so there are no returns of physical goods.
When we will fix, replace or refund
- A file is damaged or will not open in the software listed on the product page.
- The files you received are materially different from the product description.
- You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.
Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will usually try to fix or replace the file first. If we cannot resolve it, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
When refunds are not available
Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong template, or because a template does not fit your situation after download. Please read the product description, file formats and FAQ before buying, and contact us with any questions first.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
